Sure, On Thanksgiving Day, most folks expect to be tired after eating turkey, But the holiday bird actually isn’t to blame. The reason you can’t do anything but lay around watching football or even taking a nap is simply because you probably overate. Most people eat more calories at Thanksgiving dinner than they usually do spread out over an entire day.
